These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 999det ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the 999det website at https://999det.app. By accessing or using 999det, you agree unconditionally to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between 999det and the Player with respect to use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on the 999det platform, including but not limited to: live casino (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi), sports betting including cricket, slot games (Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe), Money Wheel, Golden Land, and any other games or betting markets made available from time to time.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. 999det's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that right or provision.

To be eligible to register and use the 999det platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal gambling age applicable in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not been self-excluded from 999det or any affiliated platform within an active exclusion period.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 999det or any of its affiliated gaming providers.
• You are of sound mind and are not gambling under duress, impairment, or addiction in a manner that you have already identified as harmful to yourself.

999det reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the account lifecycle. Accepted documents include Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, and driving licence issued by a recognised authority. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.

In the event that a player who was under the age of 18 at the time of registration is identified, 999det will immediately close the account, void all bets placed, void all bonus credits, and return the net deposited amount (minus any withdrawals already processed) to the original payment source where practically possible.

To access real-money gaming and betting services on 999det, you must complete the account registration process in full and provide accurate, current, and truthful information. Registration is free of charge.

During registration, you will be required to provide the following information, at a minimum:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Date of birth.
• Valid email address that you own and have access to.
• Bangladesh mobile telephone number (used for SMS two-factor authentication and account notifications).
• Preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account details).
• A secure password of your own choosing, meeting the minimum complexity requirements specified at registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 999det will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify 999det immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 999det will investigate such reports promptly and may temporarily suspend the account during investigation.

Account registration constitutes your agreement to receive transactional communications from 999det, including deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and security alerts, sent to your registered email address and mobile number. Marketing communications are optional and subject to your preference settings.

All financial transactions on 999det are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 999det does not impose currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through supported BDT payment methods. Any fees imposed by the payment provider (e.g., bKash transaction fees) are the responsibility of the player.

Supported Deposit Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits are specified within the cashier section and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are specified in the cashier section.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method in the same name as the registered account holder.
• 999det reserves the right to conduct KYC verification before processing any withdrawal above ৳10,000 or at any time at its discretion.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the bonus from which those winnings originated.
• 999det does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Any deposit suspected of originating from criminal activity or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated funds will be withheld pending investigation.

999det offers bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by 999det unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

1. All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus amount or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
2. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for the promotion. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without compensation.
3. Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any attempt to circumvent these limits constitutes bonus abuse.
4. 999det reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live casino games and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — refer to the specific promotion terms.
5. Bonus credits may not be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied in full.
6. 999det reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion and are in the process of satisfying wagering requirements will not be retrospectively affected unless fraud is suspected.
7. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, exploiting mathematical loopholes in promotion mechanics, or using automated software to meet wagering requirements — will have their bonus balance and any associated winnings voided and their account reviewed for suspension.

All bets placed on 999det are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant betting market or game type. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet or playing any game. Ignorance of the rules is not an accepted basis for voiding a bet or reversing a result.

Cricket Betting: Cricket betting markets on 999det cover pre-match and in-play events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, and other scheduled fixtures. All bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent). Bets placed on suspended or abandoned matches are settled according to the rules applicable to each specific market type.

Live Casino: Live casino games streamed by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented by the live dealer. In the event of a technical disruption to the live stream during a game round, the round result is determined by the data recorded on the provider's server, which is treated as definitive.

Slot Games: All slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) operated by the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and others). Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual titles are published in the game information panel. 999det does not modify RTP settings for individual player accounts.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting slip before confirmation.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless a specific cash-out or edit-bet feature is available for that market and is currently active.
• 999det reserves the right to void any bet placed after the official start of an event where the relevant market should have been suspended. Late bets placed due to system latency will be voided.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds — including odds that are clearly incorrect due to data feed failure or human error — 999det reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the stake to the player's account.

By using 999det, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances at 999det's sole discretion.

• You will provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at registration and will promptly update your account details if any information changes.
• You will not use the 999det platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal entertainment gambling.
• You will not use any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the 999det platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents intended platform mechanics.
• You will not engage in or facilitate collusion with other players, including co-ordinating betting strategies across multiple accounts to exploit odds or bonuses.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the 999det platform or any game software.
• You will not use the 999det platform to launder money or to facilitate any illegal financial transaction.
• You will not conduct yourself in a manner that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 999det staff or other players via any support channel.
• You will comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction relating to online gambling and will not use the 999det platform if online gambling is prohibited in your jurisdiction.
• You will set and adhere to personal responsible gaming limits appropriate to your financial circumstances and will seek help if gambling is causing harm.

999det reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

Circumstances that may result in account suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Operation of multiple accounts in violation of the one-account-per-player rule.
• Detection of bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited automated betting software.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a payment provider.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Identification of the account holder as being under the age of 18 at the time of registration.
• Breach of any user obligation set out in Section 07 of these Terms.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms breach, 999det reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, 999det may forfeit the balance in whole or in part as compensation for losses caused by the breach. Where no material breach is confirmed, the verified balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method.

Player-Initiated Closure: Players who wish to close their account voluntarily — including those seeking self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons — may do so by contacting [email protected]. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 3–5 business days of closure confirmation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999det, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the 999det platform, even if 999det has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, 999det specifically excludes liability for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of gambling on the 999det platform, including losses arising from the player's own decision-making.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical failures, third-party infrastructure outages, or events beyond 999det's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from the player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Errors in data feeds provided by third-party sports data providers that result in the incorrect display of odds or event information.
• Actions taken by payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, banks) including payment delays, rejections, or technical errors on their systems.
• Losses caused by the player's reliance on information displayed on the 999det platform that was subject to a manifest error that 999det subsequently corrected.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 999det's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

999det's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any game or betting service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

999det reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates to the platform's services, changes in applicable law or regulatory guidance, corrections of errors or ambiguities, or improvements to clarity.

When material changes are made to these Terms, 999det will provide advance notice to registered players via email to their registered address and/or a prominent notification displayed upon login. The notice period for material changes will be no less than seven (7) days from the date of notification, except where changes are required urgently by law or regulatory requirement.

Your continued use of the 999det platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure by contacting [email protected] before the effective date of the changes.
